J.P Garden Estate is GDA approved residential colony was jointly developed by Parsvnath Developers Ltd and DISCO, owner of land. The colony is very big with almost 1200 apartments spread across Four main blocks. A, B, C and BC Blocks. The flats allotment started in 2004 onwards. It has large shopping arcade with a space for almost 100 shops. The internal roads are wide with almost 3 kms length.

A society strategically located on main road at Mohan Nagar, Parsvnath Paradise is very close to World Square Mall and Meerut road. Just 8 kms from Delhi Border it is sitting on vantage point with its proximity to Mohan Nagar metro station (just few hundred meters away) and on the other hand has Vaishali Metro station just within 6 km away.

A rapid metro also coming up connecting Mohan Nagar. We have Sahibabad Vegitables and fruit mandi just 3 kms away. It’s a great location with Narendra Mohan Hospital on a stone throw distance and many other hospitals like Ambay Hospital in Lajpat nagar are in Close proximity. Khaitan Public School and few better schools’ present in close proximity with quick access makes this society a most sought-after residential colony. It’s a wonderful colony because of its geographical location, but has it's fare share of problems.

When the colony was initially launched for its occupants, conditions were very good. With WTP system in operation and regular supply of water and STP working fine, the residents never really felt any sewer or drainage related problems. However, over a period of time the systems went defunct as there was no proper RWA or any social association to take care of the equipment’s. There’s a space for club house and swimming pool as well, but those never really came into being, as in many cases it so happened that the developers cheated on the residents.

We have a new RWA in place now with ambitious plans to revive everything to make the living once again a pleasurable experience!
